Satellites

Novas fly all the time. So they were hoping we wouldn't notice that they were carrying some extra payload. Novas have been carrying spy satellites into orbit for the last three years at such an alarming rate that there are now enough for each town to have its own, personal satellite. What with the government do with this information? I know. Do you?
